My name is…:اسم من...است

What is your name?:اسم شما چیست؟-اسمت چیه؟

Pleased to meet you:از آشنایی با شما خوش بختم-از آشنایی با شما خوش وقتم

Good:خوب

I'm good:من خوبم

Do you speak Persian?:آیا شما به فارسی صحبت می کنید؟

Do you speak Russian?:آیا شما به روسی صحبت می کنید؟

I speak Russian:من به روسی صحبت می کنم.

I don't speak English:من انگلیسی حرف نمی زنم.

I understand:من می فهمم.-من متوجه می شوم.

I don't understand:من نمی فهمم.-من متوجه نمی شوم.

Numbers

Persian pronouns and objects

I:من

You:تو

She/he:او

It:آن

We:ما

You:شما

They:آن ها-ایشان

Notice that is formal. But it is better to use the first one every where.ایشان

Persian objects

Me:مال من

You:مال تو

Him/her:مال او

You:مال شما

Us:مال ما

Persian sentences structure

Subject

I'm going to bazar:من به بازار می روم.

Like the English you should bring the subject at the first of the sentence.

Object

Maryam gives the flower to Zahra.:مریم گل را به زهرا می دهد.

In the above sentence, the flower is object. Object always come after . whenever you see this, the next word or name is object.را

Verb

In farsi, verbs always come at the end of the sentence. ALWAYS. You never see a verb at the beginning.

John is driving his car.:جان در حال راندن ماشین خود است.-جان در حال رانندگی است.
